Coastal plant forming low clumps, fleshy stems and leaves. Attractive indoor or patio plant.

Peperomia urivilleana is a herbaceous plant that is indigenous to New Zealand, found growing naturally in warm, rocky cliff faces throughout the North Island and upper South Island. Slow spreading plant with shiny succulent like leaves and small short spikes of flowers. Grows in small clumps up to 0.5m in spread and 50cm in height.
Peperomia urivilleana can grow in shade or semi-shade and does best with good drainage and dry conditions. Can be frost tender and sensitive to cold so makes a good indoor pot plant.
